Trading Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Work Hours
We work all kinds of hours depending on what our clients need from us. Installation work sometimes means we’re on site in the middle of the night or starting as everyone else goes home. If we are working in a theatre, our hours are whatever it takes to make the show happen.

Email Service
For service enquiries, send us a fault report including the make and model of the failed equipment. If you think it is under warranty you must tell us before we begin work. We are service agents for a variety of brands and can take care of the repair at no cost to you, depending on the situation. Contact us at: service@dbsound.com.au
Email Hire
For hire enquiries, send an outline either of the equipment you need, or, of what you are trying to achieve. We need the date you need the equipment. Do you need it delivered? Set up by us? Removed by us? Operated by us? Sometimes it helps if you can include some photos of the area you are working in. Send your wish list to: hire@dbsound.com.au
